Zoe's Eleven

Of course, today's post is named after Ocean's Eleven. A movie that I "watched" with my ex-boyfriend. Yes, I did put quotation marks around watched. No, I am not going to elaborate.

It's Wednesday, my dudes! I realized I'm leaving for a week on Saturday. And I haven't caught up on summer school. I'm so screwed. Woo! But on the bright side, I will get to hang with my cousins and relax by the beach. Hopefully I will actually get tan under the sunscreen I will need to cover myself in from head to toe. Being pale is so lovely. I can pretend I'm a vampire.

Speaking of vampires! I'm on book 9 of the Morganville Vampires series, "Ghost Town". Does the period go on the outside or inside? I can never remember. Anyway. Turns out it's not "Bite Club" which is the 10th book, not the 9th. I almost forgot "Ghost Town" because nothing really happens in it. No real threats other than the vampires. And the humans indirectly hurting themselves by being stupid. Speaking of stupid, Shane is the best. When Claire's dad passes out, he is there for her, and is super respectful and wonderful and where can I get one? Is there a special online store where I can order myself a Shane? No? Bummer.

I'm as single as ever. I texted one of my few guy friends yesterday about hanging out, and after saying he'd talk to his mom about it, I haven't heard from him. We are 100% platonic in every sense, but it feels like he kinda stood me up. He probably forgot. Which still sucks.

I went through my clothes today. Pitched out stuff I don't wear anymore. I have so much useless crap. The things I found in my closet just go to prove that. I found my old CD player/radio, but it didn't have a chord. So basically it's useless, unless I can find the chord (which, given the state of my closet/life, isn't gonna happen anytime soon).

I've been re-watching Psych. It's such a high-quality show and the characters are all so amazing I love them. The first few seasons are annoying because we're all thinking "When are Shawn and Juliet going to get together?!" (It doesn't happen until season 5.) I just realized I've spoiled things TWICE. My bad. My blog is a spoil-zone, so beware. Speaking of spoiling, I watch Pretty Little Liars (lapse in judgement, I know), and it's so addictive. Like, the show completely sucks now. The only reason I even watch it now is to find out what other traumas they can put those poor people through. Last week Hanna got kidnapped and SPRAYED WITH A FIRE HOSE. What. The. BLEEP. I haven't watched this week's episode yet, but I might do that after I finish up typing today's post. Pretty much this whole post has been about me spoiling TV shows and books, and I'm sure no one wants to read about it. So I'll just go. This is goodbye, for now. Think of me when I'm gone. Okay I'm getting real weird. Maybe I should just go to bed. I've already deleted a few sentences because they're verging on insane. Alrighty, catcha on the flip side!
